CSI have been providing IT support for Creative Composites for the last 12 years. As the company has grown, CSI have assisted us to move from a basic server environment in our last premises, to a Virtualised server environment with built-in High Availability for our purpose-built premises in Lisburn. CSI look after the whole network and have enabled us to computerise the shop floor with a comprehensive Wi-Fi installed in the factory. When a new software application is required, it can be provided simply and quickly and the High Availability gives us peace of mind, so even if a server fails our applications will continue to run automatically. CSI provide a quality service that reacts quickly no matter what IT problems emerge, leaving us to concentrate on our business.

CSI provide for a wide variety of IT requirements needed by business. A few years ago, they provided a major laptop re-fresh to RSM McClure Watters for all our mobile staff and recently provided a comprehensive HP network upgrade to meet our growing needs. This new network will also cater for increasing video and a potential future VoIP phone system purchase. CSI have provided excellent value for money and our IT Manager continues to select CSI for many of our IT requirements.
